💡 The 5C’s of Clubhouses

We ask all members to abide by our 5 C’s of Clubhouses.

 1. Connection over content. Let’s take a break from documents and slides and truly connect around common issues.
 2. Candor is encouraged. These are your trusted peers and you’re in a safe space to share real challenges.
 3. Commitment. When you RSVP, your peers are counting on your commitment to showing up and being fully present.
 4. Confidentiality. Nothing said in Clubhouses leaves Clubhouses. Strict Chatham House Rules apply.
 5. Curiosity. Ask questions, share insights, be vulnerable, learn from others’ perspectives.
